Millbrook Support Services is an experienced leader in healthcare staffing, providing nursing homes and long-term care facilities with qualified RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical professionals throughout Long Island. As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a motivated outside sales professional to grow our facility partnerships and bring our staffing solutions to more communities across the region.
About the role
This is an outside sales position. To be successful in this role, you will be visiting nursing homes and long-term care facilities across Long Island, building relationships with administrators and directors of nursing, and securing staffing contracts on behalf of Millbrook. You will be the face of our brand in the market — consultative, knowledgeable, and trusted by the facilities you serve.
Key responsibilities
✓ Build and maintain relationships
✓ Prospect, cold call, and conduct in-person visits to nursing homes and long-term care facilities across Long Island with facility administrators, directors of nursing, and staffing coordinators
✓ Present and sell Millbrook's staffing solutions — RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and support staff — tailored to each facility's needs
✓ Negotiate and close staffing service contracts with new and existing facility clients
✓ Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and accurately track activity and opportunities in CRM
✓ Serve as the ongoing point of contact for facility clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to grow the account
✓ Collaborate with the internal staffing team to communicate client needs and ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
✓ 2 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare staffing, home health, or long-term care services
✓ Familiarity with the nursing home and long-term care environment — understanding how these facilities operate and what drives their staffing decisions
✓ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing service contracts
✓ Comfortable with daily driving and in-person facility visits throughout Long Island
✓ Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a consultative, relationship-first sales approach
✓ Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
