We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in Campo, CA with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of experience required
- CA License
- CPR and ACLS Certification
