Summary:
Primary responsibility is teaching Marketing at the high school level.
Qualifications:
Applicants must hold or be eligible for a teaching license with a CTE-Marketing Education endorsement or be eligible for a Technical Professional License
Individuals with no prior teaching experience who do not hold a Virginia teaching license will be considered if the following requirements for a Technical Professional teaching license have been met:
- Evidence of at least 2 years of successful full-time or equivalent occupational experience within the past 5 years
- Completed professional studies requirements (human development and learning: three semester hours; curriculum and instruction in career and technical education: three semester hours; and applications of instructional technology or classroom and behavior management: three semester hours).
Pay Rate:
Teacher Salary Scale (credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)
Contract:
Full time / 10 months / 210 days
Start Date:
This position is effective with the 2026-2027 school year.
