This position manages coach, player, and team registrations, supporting a variety of sports and activities including baseball, football, softball, cheer, street hockey, sports media, and other emerging offerings. The role is integral to the Member Experience team, ensuring every interaction upholds Millard United Sports’ commitment to excellence, inclusivity, and community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Administer registration processes for all sports and activities across multiple seasons.
• Maintain and audit registration databases to ensure data integrity.
• Support team formation, roster assignments, and player placements in coordination with league directors.
• Respond to member inquiries related to registration, rosters, and program details.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and successful season launches.
• Verify eligibility and compliance with registration and payment policies.
• Assist with registration timelines, communications, and program availability updates.
• Contribute to process improvements and database efficiency.
• Participate in special projects, events, and new program rollouts.
• Provide front office support during peak registration and event periods.
• Play an active role in events such as Meet Your Coach and other seasonal launches.
Qualifications• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experienced in handling large data sets.
• Familiarity with sports registration systems or management platforms preferred.
