Job Overview
Looking for a dependable, organized Medical Assistant to join our Med Spa. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our MedSpa and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. This position involves direct patient care, administrative tasks, Schedule and collaboration.
Duties
- Assist in Medical services with patient examinations and procedures and at times massages if needed.
- Assist in Office Duties & Scheduling.
- Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards.
- Administer basic life support as needed and assist in emergency situations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care plans and follow-up appointments.
- Stay updated on medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and hospital medicine practices.
Experience
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Experience in inpatient settings. Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and basic life support techniques is essential for this role. A background in hospital medicine will be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of patient care within our facility& services we provide.
