Schedule: Monday – Friday, approximately 40 hours per week; occasional Saturdays may be required

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Lawn Care / Landscape Maintenance Workers to support commercial lawn and landscape operations.

This position involves operating lawn maintenance equipment, maintaining commercial properties, and working efficiently as part of a team. The ideal candidate has experience with commercial lawn equipment, is reliable, and can maintain quality standards in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate weed eaters/trimmers for edging sidewalks, curbs, flower beds, and landscaped areas
• Operate riding lawnmowers and maintain straight mowing lines and professional lawn appearance
• Use blowers to clear grass clippings and debris from sidewalks, parking lots, driveways, and landscaped areas
• Maintain pace with assigned route schedules and daily productivity expectations
• Assist with general landscape maintenance and cleanup duties
• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Work safely and professionally while representing the company at customer properties
• Follow supervisor instructions and adapt to changing daily assignments
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience operating commercial lawn maintenance equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow directions and maintain productivity throughout the workday
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work outdoors for extended periods
• Ability to work in heat, humidity, and other outdoor conditions
  
  

Preferred:

• 6 months to 1 year of lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
  
  

Work Environment

On-site position across commercial properties. This role requires extended periods of outdoor physical activity in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity. Workers will operate equipment and move between multiple properties throughout the day. Occasional Saturdays may be required depending on weather conditions and workload.
