Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and serving of meals while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. The position is full time evenings 12p-730p including every other weekend
Responsibilities
- Support the kitchen staff in meal preparation and delivery
- Assist with food production tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Help with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Follow food safety protocols and guidelines
Experience
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food industry setting is preferred
- Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
- Understanding of food safety principles
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience as a dietary aide is beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
