The Role
- Provide 1:1 group counseling (academic, social-emotional, executive functioning)
- Support profoundly gifted neurodiverse students through data-informed strategies
- Lead student programs, classroom lessons, and workshops
- Partner with faculty, families, and Student Services team
- Coordinate referrals outside support services
- Promote a safe, structured, student-centered environment
Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM
What You Bring
- Master’s in School or Mental Health Counseling
- 2–3 years counseling experience (prevention intervention)
- Expertise in executive function, study skills, self-advocacy
- Strong collaboration, communication, and confidentiality practices
- Knowledge of learning differences barriers to learning
- Proficiency with student systems, LMS, and productivity tools
