Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sale and Account Specialist located in Philadelphia, PA. The Sale and Account Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, and overseeing sales training. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored design solutions. The role demands maintaining detailed records of transactions and continuously striving to exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- Previous experience in the design or furniture industry is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
