Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest services
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Oversee reservation management, site assignments, and billing procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality throughout the property
- Collaborate with maintenance to ensure seamless operations
- Develop staff schedules and facilitate training
- Implement guest service initiatives to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Monitor operational budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience working at a front desk or in guest services roles within a campground, resort or hotel setting
- Capabilities to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality software systems and reservation management tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead , resolve conflicts, and manage multiple priorities efficiently
