What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Manager (part-time) position at Mill Maintenance Services LLC?
I am a busy business owner who needs help with all sorts of tasks in running this company.
This job is perfect for someone who has previous business or office management experience but does not want to work full time. The position requires the ability to treat the business like it is their own and bonuses will be paid accordingly. Mill Maintenance Services is a distributor of products to the steel industry and work is done in an informal, casual setting.
I currently don't have any employees so the ideal candidate would have to be ok with working by themselves after training. Good organizational skills and the ability to self-start are a must. Some proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks is needed. Willingness to go into the warehouse to prep and tag items for shipping is required. This job is flexible in regard to hours and has the potential to move to full time. Much of the work is on site but may have the potential to move some of it to remote. Pay is commensurate with experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
