We are looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor in Tomah, WI.
- Training Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:45AM – 4:15 PM
- Working Schedule (Tentative Transition February 1, 2026): Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Job Duties
- Assess the procedures of the production process, as well as inspecting and calibrating auditing tools.
- Verify against the master manufacturing records: blend number, components, weight, lot numbers to a batch at its critical points in the production process.
- Verify against the packaging records: purchase order, packaging components, raw materials, and signatures.
- Validate tote records.
- Assist quality assurance and production with product out of specification and non-conformance.
- Report any Food Safety issues to authorized personnel for correction.
- Prepare sample bins for production and testing folders for the lab
- Compositing samples and preparing for further analysis
- Check in and out of Sanitary Scoops for sampling and production purposes
- Clean, sanitize and autoclave Sanitary Scoops
- Review production tailings, recording results, and bringing findings to management attention for evaluation.
- Dispose of laboratory retains
- Input laboratory data into excel spreadsheets
- Fulfill Sample Requests as needed
- Order laboratory supplies as needed
- Act as back up to Laboratory Technicians
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety processes and procedures as set forth by the company.
- Complete environmental sampling
- Complete inhouse micro testing and interpreting results
- Complete comping samples and sensory analysis
- Maintain cleanliness of laboratory area and clean it as necessary
Education Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Minimum one (1) year of quality experience, preferred
