Job Overview
Well established 50 year old Northern Virginia flooring company looking for in home flooring salesperson. We provide services for large retailers that help generate leads. We are also a well known flooring supplier in the metro area which generates additional leads and opportunities. We are a fast-moving company and looking to add the right person.
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented salesperson to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with flooring selections, giving estimates and scheduling jobs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail sales experience, and a passion for customer service. Bilingual abilities and supervisory experience are a plus. Flooring experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting flooring products that meet their needs and preferences
- Conduct product demos to showcase flooring options and features
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries via phone or in person with professional phone etiquette
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and sales transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor
- Must have reliable transportation as this job will require going to customer's homes

Pay: $62,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
