Skilled Maintenance Person- Electrical and Carpentry Focus
Who you are!
- You enjoy working on and completing a variety of skilled maintenance, including
- electrical work, troubleshooting and repair
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair
- miscellaneous carpentry and drywall repair
- and more!
- You're at least 18 years old with high school completion or GED
- You have a minimum of three years' professional experience in general maintenance and construction for both interior and exterior project types required
- You have at least 1 year continued education or technical school trade certification apprenticeship preferred
- You have, or are willing to obtain, a valid class B CDL

Summary
The Skilled Maintenance Person is responsible for performing a variety of skilled tasks, focusing on those relating to electrical and carpentry.
About
- 40 hours per week; 3 weekends required per calendar year
- Schedule: M-F 7:30a - 4p
- Bi-weekly pay
- Starting $22.58 per hour
