What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Care Aide/Med Tech position at Mill Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care?
Mill Creek Senior Living Community is a special combination of housing, personalized supportive services and healthcare designed to meet the needs of those who can benefit from help with activities of daily living on both our Assisted Living and Memory Care units.
Mill Creek Senior Living Community has opportunities for part-time and full-time employment in resident care for our Afternoon Shift (3pm - 11pm) and Night Shift (11pm-7am). Must be available to work a minimum of every other rotating weekend.
Key job duties of a Resident Care Aide include providing assistance to residents including assisting with activities of daily living, toileting, showering, ensuring all resident needs are met and documenting resident care, light housekeeping duties, and getting medication trained to administer medications to residents.

Qualifications
- Experience in long term care preferred but not essential. We provide on the job training.
