Receptionist / Customer Service Representative
Mill City Auto Body – Westford, MA
Mill City Auto Body is a locally owned, independent collision repair shop that takes pride in delivering exceptional repairs and outstanding customer service. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to become the first point of contact for our customers and help guide them through the repair process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with regular updates
- Explain repair procedures, insurance processes, and timelines in a clear and friendly manner
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, approvals, and repair status
- Schedule appointments and manage customer information
- Process paperwork, invoices, and other office documentation
- Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative tasks
- Support the daily operations of the office to ensure everything runs smoothly
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable using computers and office software
- Ability to learn insurance and collision repair processes (experience is a plus but not required)
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or automotive experience is preferred but not required
