Milky is a fast-growing company that’s making waves in the lactose intolerance space with innovative products and engaging content. As part of our mission to bring effective solutions to our audience, we create and share compelling digital content across multiple platforms. We’re looking for a Social Media Content Host to join our creative team and help bring our brand's story to life.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the face of Milky across TikTok and Instagram (you’ll be on camera a lot)
- Interview strangers, create street content, and spark conversations around food, digestion, and culture
- Ideating and scripting short-form video content
- Work closely with the creative and strategy team to build scroll-stopping social moments

- Are already posting content on your own socials
- Have a big personality and a high shame tolerance
- Are a skilled improviser who can adapt and react on the fly
- Aren’t afraid of rejection — you’ll be approaching a lot of people and getting a lot of “no’s” before you get gold
- Are high energy — this isn’t a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, filming, moving, and keeping the vibe alive
- Know what’s trending — and what’s about to be (aka chronically online)
- Have a strong memory — you’ll need to know our product inside and out
- Love experimenting, creating, and posting fast
- Enjoy eating ice cream, pizza, and other types of delicious dairy foods!
- Are based in LA
- Are lactose intolerant (not required, but always preferred!)

Work Schedule:
- Part-time position (2 days a week in-office), ideally full-time transition after 2 months

Compensation:
