What are the responsibilities and job description for the Boba Kitchen Staff (Barista As Needed) position at Milky Bakery LLC?
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Kitchen Team Member to execute food and topping preparation according to our strict Standard Operating Procedures. You will be the backbone of our beverage quality, ensuring that all teas, toppings, and ingredients are fresh, properly stocked, and prepared in a clean, organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to work as a barista as well
- Able to work on weekends
- Prep all other toppings: boba, tea, cream toppings, fruits
- Make bread/cake/other pastries - no experience required, I will train.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs.
- Strong time management to ensure no items go out of stock.
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts and at closing.
- Team player, help each other out.
- Able to admit fault and improve.
- After the interview, there will be a recipe test (shared digitally)
- 90% accuracy is required to pass. No exceptions/excuses.

Store manager: $20-25/hr
