Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships and lead store team to do their best work and achieve their goals working at MilkShake Factory
- Set the tone in the store for greeting customers, delivering exceptional experiences, and being excellent in all facets of store operations
- Effectively drive store operations including inventory management, ensuring all health and safety requirements are met, enforcing operation standards, all with a determination to make the store exceptional
- Cleaning and restocking workstations to set up next shifts for success, take pride in the store, and adopt an ownership mentality
Requirements
- 1 Years proven experience as a Shift Lead or similar leadership role
- Experience in restaurant industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Have an adaptable work style
- Respond positively to feedback
- Be comfortable standing for entirety of shift
- Dependable and consistent
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety requirements
- Team-oriented, with an eagerness to contribute to great work culture
- Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Attend and pass mandatory training

Hours of Operation: Sunday - Thursday 11:00 Am - 10:00 PM / Friday - Saturday 11:00 AM - 12:00 am
