POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Chocolatiers use a process created over 4 generations of chocolate makers to create premium house made offerings. They are trained to have a strong understanding of the company, culture, and team with a focus on providing an unforgettable experience for every customer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Bring your A-game to MilkShake Factory and champion our culture with excellence and integrity.
- Prepare our premium chocolate, facing and interacting with guests. Operate and maintaining the tools and equipment needed for chocolate making. Keep the work station and displays clean, organized and beautiful. Offer tastings to guests as they pass the chocolate display. Engage them in conversation and discuss the offerings and the process involved in their creation.
- Dive into helping the rest of the milkshake team when needed to keep other stations running smoothly during busy times.
- Amp up the customer's love as a brand advocate, showing genuine enthusiasm and top-tier customer service.
- Boost those sales with your creative flair—sampling, product recommendations, and subtle upselling moves.
- Master the art of crafting high-quality chocolates while sticking to the recipe and presentation standards. Nailed it.
- Keep that cool demeanor intact when smoothing out customer complaints.
- Stay on top of the game by organizing work and sales areas, from stockrooms to coolers and freezers.
- Dive into the retail magic, prepping the environment for promotions with seasonal vibes, rotating products, and killer signage.
- Do whatever is needed to keep the operations running and to created the optimum guest experience.
- Safety first! Execute all tasks with a safety mindset.
- Stay on top of food safety and quality, reporting anything fishy to the store manager.

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and exceptional customer service skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to create smiles for guests and fellow team members.
- Attention to detail and safety requirements
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Previous customer experience
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or GED
- Must perform physical activities to accomplish assigned duties, such as walking and standing for up to and including 4 hours at a time, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting to 25 pounds
