Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations at VIDORRA. This individual will embody the brand's energy and culture, drive operational excellence, and foster a high-performance team environment. As the face of VIDORRA, you will ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience while meeting revenue and profitability goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Culture
  • Lead and inspire the management team and hourly staff.
  • Uphold and promote the Milkshake Concepts and VIDORRA brand standards.
  • Foster a vibrant, guest-first, and inclusive culture.
  • Operations & Execution
  • Oversee all daily operations including FOH & BOH.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness, functionality, and ambiance.
  • Financial Performance
  • Drive restaurant sales and profitability.
  • Manage P&L, labor costs, food costs, and other key performance indicators.
  • Implement cost-control strategies and drive revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Guest Experience
  • Maintain exceptional service standards and address guest concerns promptly.
  • Cultivate a hospitality-driven environment that drives repeat business.
  • Talent Management
  • Hire, train, schedule, and retain top talent.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans.
  • Lead by example, mentoring team members and fostering internal growth.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of General Manager experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants (Mexican cuisine experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of leading successful teams and delivering strong financial results.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality best practices.
  • Passion for food, beverage, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
