MILKLAB is looking for a reliable Closing Team Member to support evening operations, help the team during busy rushes, and make sure the store closes smoothly each night. This role is a great fit for someone who is hands on, dependable, works well under pressure, and takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running efficiently.
What you’ll do
- Support drink making, customer service, cleaning, stocking, and overall store flow
- Help keep the front and back of house clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Complete closing tasks thoroughly and to standard
- Assist with end of night cleaning and store reset for the next day
- Work with the team to keep service smooth and efficient during rushes
- Step in where needed and maintain a strong sense of urgency throughout the shift
What we’re looking for
- Food service, retail, or other fast paced experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working evening and weekend shifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
- Able to stay calm and focused in a busy environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to be on your feet for extended periods and handle a hands on role
