- Deliver safe, effective medical aesthetic treatments in alignment with established clinical and brand standards
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized, results-driven treatment plans

Qualifications and Experience
- Active NP or PA license in the practicing state
- 2 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics (required)
- Demonstrated proficiency in injectables and other aesthetic treatments
- Experience with lasers, advanced treatments, or energy-based devices preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Must display a willingness to work in a rapidly scaling environment
- Ability to be resourceful and drive significant impact with, at-times, limited resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, willingness to work in a collaborative environment
- This position will include day, evening and weekend shifts
