Job Description:
The Architectural Designer will have excellent technical architectural skills, a refined, upscale aesthetic, be organized with superb time management skills, and possess a strong work ethic. The primary responsibility will be to support architectural projects across all phases of design, while working collaboratively with a Project Manager and Project Team. The ideal individual has strong design skills, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can work on projects across a variety of different scales.
Your Role at Milk and Honey Group:
· Contribute to the coordination of projects through all phases of design
· Communication with Client, Consultants, and Project Team Members
· Actively participate in managing projects from start to completion
· Contribute to the production of construction documents
· Draw all required drawings from plans to details per project
· Generate and communicate design concepts
· Production of architectural drawings, sketches, diagrams, presentations, and renderings
· Provide flexibility in developing alternative concepts to solve complex design problems
· Modify and review presentations and drawing sets in all phases
· Coordinate, develop, and draft construction documents in support of overall project design
Qualifications & Expectations:
· Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree
· 3 to 5 professional years’ experience in architecture

- Strong verbal communication for internal design review, client, and project teams
- Flexible, resourceful, and organized individual
- Capacity for project-related travel (you must have a car or reliable transportation!)
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to working collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team, and individually
- Current technology expertise, can work across multiple platforms
- Ability to work remotely, with weekly site and client visits
- Professional work ethic and appearance

Other Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/REVIT and Adobe Suite [Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign]. Should be familiar with Chief Architect, Microsoft Office [Work, Excel, PowerPoint], SketchUp
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture with minimum of 3 years post-graduate professional experience
