Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Virtual Assistant (remote) who is experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented — someone who can support us with both transaction coordination and marketing tasks.
This is a contractor role focused on helping our team manage listings, buyers, and the day-to-day workflow that keeps deals moving forward. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, staying organized across multiple transactions, and communicating clearly with clients, title companies, lenders, and our team.
Key Responsibilities:🔹 Transaction Coordination & Real Estate Support- MLS data entry (listings, updates, status changes)
- Preparing listing agreements, addendums, and real estate documents
- Tracking deadlines: inspections, repairs, appraisals, contingencies, escrow, and closing
- Coordinating with title companies, lenders, and cooperating agents
- Ensuring clients are updated at every major milestone
- Keeping digital files organized and compliant
- Canva design for property posts, marketing pieces, and branding assets
- Social media scheduling managing posting calendars
- Light engagement (responding to comments, saving leads, etc.)
- Assisting with general marketing tasks as needed

Qualifications- Experience with real estate documents, contracts, or transaction coordination (strongly preferred)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills

- Comfort with Canva and social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Reliable internet and access to a private computer
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Experience with a service-based business or U.S. real estate workflows is a plus
