Position Summary

Primary Responsibilities
- Handle, store and transport weapons and locally dispose of nonhazardous, unserviceable munitions.
- Prepare munitions for loading on aircraft.
- Inspect munitions for serviceability.
- Conduct inventories and correct discrepancies.
- Establish and evaluate performance standards, maintenance controls and work procedures.

Qualifications
To be considered you must meet the following requirements:
- Have a high school diploma, GED with 15 college credits or GED.
- Completion of basic munitions systems course
- Normal color vision
- Normal depth perception
- No record of emotional instability or domestic violence
- Possession of a valid state driver’s license to operate government motor vehicles
- Completion of a current National Agency Check, Local Agency Checks and Credit Check
- Completion of 8.5 weeks of Basic Military Training
- Must be between the ages of 17 and 39
