Position Summary
To support our missions, we must service and maintain over tens of thousands of pieces of equipment. And as a Maintenance Management Analysis specialist, your role is to ensure these activities operate within the proper budgets, deadlines and parameters. You’ll collect, analyze and report data to make the proper recommendations for supporting and improving our operations across a full spectrum of mission requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor maintenance-performance systems for compliance to established procedures.
- Audit deficiencies in equipment scheduling, resources and performance.
- Operate and manage maintenance-management information systems (MIS).
- Analyze and identify equipment deficiencies, costs and trends to ensure they meet our mission standards.

Qualifications
This job requires military service with a contract as a commissioned officer in the Air National Guard. The application is for a specific position within the Air National Guard.
To be considered you must meet the following requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma, GED with 15 college credits or GED
- Completion of a National Agency Check, Local Agency Checks and Credit
- Completion of 8.5 weeks of Basic Military Training
- Must be between the ages of 17 and 39
