Military Sales & Service Company (MSS) is seeking part-time Shop Team Members/Merchandisers to support retail operations in both the Bath & Body Works shop and the Main Exchange on military installations.

Responsibilities include stocking and replenishing merchandise, maintaining displays and planograms, executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, supporting sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Team members must be flexible and able to work high-volume days, weekends, and peak shopping periods while assisting with sales, merchandising, and store operations.

This position is ideal for students, military spouses, individuals already employed on base, or anyone seeking supplemental income in a fast-paced retail environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and recommend products to drive sales.
• Stock, replenish, recover, and organize merchandise in the Bath & Body Works store and Main Exchange.
• Maintain displays, planograms, signage, and visual merchandising standards.
• Process shipments and keep stockrooms and sales floors clean and organized.
• Complete assigned tasks and marketing initiatives according to MSS standards.
• Communicate effectively with management and respond to work-related communications in a timely manner.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail, merchandising, marketing, or customer service experience preferred; minimum one (1) year of merchandising experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Must have access to a personal computer, email, and the internet.
• Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
• Reliable transportation required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged standing.
• Bending and lifting 35 pounds.
• Continual walking.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
