Job Summary
• Responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support across multiple departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
• You will be responsible for supporting order processing, logistics coordination, data integrity, and communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Directly reports to VP of Finance.
General Accountabilities
• Coordinate and support daily operational activities including order entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Communicate with business partners, distributors, and vendors to resolve inquiries and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Validate and reconcile operational data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update documentation for processes, procedures, and reporting needs.
• Perform self-review and peer review to ensure accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Monitor workflow progress and escalate issues when deadlines or service standards are at risk.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare reports and summaries for leadership review.
• Provide cross-functional support to Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service teams.

Job Qualifications
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications.
