- Military Evaluation Services (MES) is hiring a 1099 PSCYCHOLOGIST Examiner for America’s Veterans and Service Members as part of the Veterans Benefits Administration's disability claims process (also called Compensation and Pension exams).
- The Examiner will conduct a brief interview, review the Veteran's records, record the responses in a portal, and add a medical opinion (if requested). This process provides the support that allows the VBA to determine service-connection status and rating (monetary disbursement).
- The ideal Examiner has experience conducting C&P exams (not required).
- There is no treatment, no on-call responsibilities, no scheduling, and no billing necessary on your behalf.
CREDENTIALING and HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years post-graduate experience required.
- Applicantions without their own will not be considered.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume.
- PsyD or PhD in Psychology degree from an APA accredited program at the time of graduation.
- Current and unrestricted state practitioner's license with no pending criminal case.
- Complete credentialing applications with additional documents submitted within 2 calendar days of invitation.
- Complete required ~16 hours of VBA video PAID training plus agency training w/in 7 cal days = $400, w/in 14 cal days = $250, or over 15 cal days = $100.
- Other requirements established by the credentialing and hiring agencies that meet company, local, state, and federal standards or policies.

Pay: $720.00 - $1,380.00 per day
