We are a leading concrete contractor serving the Midwest, specializing in flatwork, foundations, and tilt-up construction for commercial and industrial projects. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Client Development Specialist to join our team onsite in Kaukauna, WI. This is a key sale role, responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and helping shape the region’s commercial construction landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in commercial and industrial concrete construction
- Lead sales efforts for flatwork, foundations, and tilt-up construction services
- Conduct in-person client meetings
- Collaborate closely with estimating and operations teams to ensure accurate scopes and seamless execution
- Present, and negotiate proposals and contracts with decision-makers
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
- Use CRM software to track leads, manage pipeline, and report performance metrics
- Represent the company at local trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings
Qualifications:
- Valid Class D Driver’s License with clean driving record (required)
- 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/project tracking systems
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Onsite in Kaukauna, WI, with frequent travel to client locations and job sites
Compensation & Benefits:
