Position: High School Administrative Assistant - Grade 1Location: Milford High SchoolSchedule: 2026-2027 School Year Twelve Month Position 35 hrs. per weekSalary: Per Contract To Start: August 2026Milford High School is looking for a highly skilled, organized, and motivated person to perform office and clerical responsibilities. The successful candidate will have prior administrative/secretarial experience.Qualifications: High school graduate; BA preferred;Two or more years secretarial experience;Manage student attendance for House officeExcellent organizational and communication skills;Working knowledge of office procedures and operation of common office equipment;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Highly organized and extremely detail oriented;Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in dealing with classified information;Ability to use tact, diplomacy, and judgment when working with a variety of constituencies;Positive attitude and a willingness to help others;Strong problem-solving skills;Flexible and able to change priorities quickly;Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe);Bi-lingual ability strongly preferred.
