We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities that promote literacy education and childhood development.
- Support the management of classroom behavior, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere for all students.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative educational environment.
- Participate in curriculum development, contributing ideas that align with educational standards and best practices.
- Provide individualized support to students, ensuring their needs are met within the classroom setting.

Requirements
- A background in Montessori Assistant Training, Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
