What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter (relief) position at Milford Management?
Luxury residential property management company is looking to fill a temporary Porter role in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior residential building experience, has a professional demeanor, and can provide exceptional hospitality service. Availability to work the 2nd shift is required. Experience using BuildingLink is a plus.
Job specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming residents and guests
- Removing trash/recyclables
- General cleaning and maintenance of interior and exterior of property
- Preparing units for occupancy
- Knowledge of tools and cleaning solutions
- Assisting residents as needed
Basic Responsibilities:

Basic Requirements:
