What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Attendant (Residential building) position at Milford Management?
Luxury residential building is seeking a temporary Attendant to provide maintenance and cleaning duties to its private health club located in downtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have prior residential cleaning experience within a health club, hotel, or similar environment. This is a short-term temporary assignment, Monday through Friday (daytime hours) required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of amenity spaces, including health club areas, workout room spaces, restrooms and other communal resident spaces to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
- Remove trash, sweep floors, vacuum
- Housekeeping responsibilities
- Stocking and organizing inventory
- Manage equipment maintenance and functionality
- Interact with guests and residents in a professional and pleasant manner.
- Respond to building management and tenant requests with appropriate sense of urgency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
- Able to physically perform duties at the speed, mobility and force necessary.
- Attention to detail and follow up tasks.
- Ability to multi-task and be a team player.
- Proactive, energetic and efficient.
