Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute daily content needs for multiple social media platforms (primarily Facebook and Instagram) across various business units
- Create, schedule, and manage content using a scheduling platform such as SocialPilot
- Write, format, and deploy weekly email newsletters using Mailchimp
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Events Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing assets
- Source or capture relevant photo and video content to support promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain a detailed content calendar and ensure all marketing deadlines are met
- Monitor engagement analytics and make data-informed recommendations for content improvements
- Support event-based marketing efforts with on-site coordination and timely coverage
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital content creation, marketing, or social media management
- Proficiency with content scheduling tools (e.g., SocialPilot, Later, or Hootsuite)
- Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Mailchimp
- Strong writing skills with an emphasis on brand voice and storytelling
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand hospitality environment
- Experience with basic photography or video content creation is preferred
