Steward - Hotel Fauchere

Job Overview:

A steward/ porter is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant. One of the most important roles in the kitchen.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Dish machine operator
• Stock kitchen with serviceware throughout the shift
• Keep the kitchen neat and tidy
• Trash removal
• Keep walk in coolers neat and orderly utilizing the food storage hierarchy
• Property maintenance; maintain a clean property from random debris in the parking lot to stocking and cleaning guest restrooms
• Operate, meeting all health and safety standards
• Being a team player, Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way.
• Work with Integrity; the practice of being honest and showing a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values
