Location:Milford High School
Schedule:15-18 hours per week from February 2 – June 26, 2026 (excluding school vacation weeks)
Salary:$25,000

Qualifications:
●Experience administering Chapter 74 vocational programs within a vocational-technical high school or comprehensive high school in Massachusetts.
●Knowledge of high school operations, staffing, licensure, curriculum, and professional development.
●Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate collaborative planning.
●Proven track record of delivering actionable, detailed implementation plans for education programs.
Responsibilities:
•The Specialist will conduct a needs-assessment and action-plan to support the transition from our current conventional academic high school program to a comprehensive program (with 9 Chapter 74 programs) by FY31. The specialist will assist the district in making decisions about implementation strategy, program feasibility, and detailed planning across facilities, equipment, personnel, scheduling, and instructional resources.
oPhase 1: Evaluate potential implementation approaches, including a phased approach (adding one or more Chapter 74 programs in the current facility before project completion) or an all-at-once approach (waiting until the facility/project is complete to introduce all new Chapter 74 programs).
oPhase 2: Develop a comprehensive action plan for the chosen approach, addressing all operational, instructional, and administrative considerations.
