Position: Sales & Marketing Associate - Entry Level
We are seeking a motivated individual with leadership potential to join our team. We believe in promoting from within, which is why all new team members start in our entry-level role focused on direct marketing and team development. In this position, you will manage marketing campaigns for our clients, emphasizing face-to-face marketing, sales, and promotional activities. Our unique approach to direct marketing consistently exceeds client sales goals and enhances brand recognition and customer support daily.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential consumers daily, educating them about current promotions
- Accurately assess and qualify leads
- Handle overseeing & driving sales
- Maintain and drive marketing and sales campaigns within the local area
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver excellent customer service to existing clients
- Attend weekly team meetings to stay updated on campaign and promotion changes
- Track personal and team marketing and sales goals
