As an Entry Level Manager, you will help oversee outreach campaigns, support territory growth, and deliver an exceptional supporter experience while developing the skills needed to advance into senior leadership roles. Our team specializes in face-to-face outreach and supporter acquisition for charitable organizations, providing full training and mentorship from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Support the execution of outreach campaigns inside major retail locations
- Represent nonprofit partners professionally while building awareness
- Assist with campaign launches, fundraising initiatives, and event promotions
- Engage with the public, answer questions, and provide meaningful information
- Track performance metrics and campaign results
- Help develop strategies to expand outreach within assigned territories
- Maintain strong relationships with supporters, team members, and partners
- Participate in leadership training, workshops, and team meetings
