What You'll Do:
- Transform lives using evidence-based approaches to help clients develop communication skills while honoring their unique strengths and processing styles.
- "Therapeutic detective work" – using clinical expertise to assess, interpret observations and test results, and develop individualized treatment plans that meet each client exactly where they are.
- Implement innovative child-led, play-based interventions, support multimodal communication access including AAC, and collaborate with program assistants and interns to maximize outcomes.
- Build lasting partnerships with families by providing home program instruction, progress updates, and empowering caregivers with strategies that support their child's communication journey.
- Document client progress efficiently using our EMR system and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and certification requirements.
Skills You'll Need:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current NH state licensure (CCC completed or in progress).
- Passion for neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based therapeutic approaches with comfort in child-led, play-based interventions.
- Strong clinical documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Physical ability to maintain various positions (sit, stand, move appropriately), support dysregulated clients when necessary, and tolerate occasional loud environments.
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate within our team-oriented environment.
