Responsibilities
As an Early Preschool Assistant Teacher, you will:
- Assist in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood standards.
- Foster authentic learning experiences through play for children ages 2 to 2½ years.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members.
- Ensure the highest standards of care, supervision, and early childhood education.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is caring, reliable, energetic, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Clear criminal background check
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain if applicable)
Pay
$14.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience.
