Position Overview

Milestones Behavioral Pediatrics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The Lead BCBA will provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and leadership within our growing ABA program while maintaining a caseload and ensuring quality service delivery.

This role is ideal for a BCBA with a passion for developing others, maintaining high ethical standards, and contributing to a collaborative, supportive environment. Work weeks maxmize at 35 hours per week, flex scheduling and no late nights. Clinic hours are 7:30am-4:30 pm M-Th and 7:30am-4:00pm on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active caseload of 25–7 hours per week of clinical oversight.
  • Provide 5 hours per week of direct 1:1 services.
  • Oversee and mentor case manager interns, ensuring completion of training, paperwork, and professional development.
  • Participate in new hire training as needed to support onboarding and team development.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant and Clinical Director and other leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Model and uphold Milestones’ core values in all interactions with staff, clients, and families.
  • Participate in ongoing growth, development and supervision of graduate-level students pursuing their BCBA certifications.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing BCBA in an early intervention setting.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage staff effectively.
  • Ability to supervise RBT and other BACB candidates
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, ethics, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continued learning and professional development.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Clinical Director during the initial one-year contract and beyond.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
