We are launching new operations in California and are seeking long-term, dependable flatbed drivers who want to grow with a small, professional company and be part of building a strong operation from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport freight across California
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Secure and protect cargo properly
- Maintain daily communication with dispatch
- Keep accurate logs, paperwork, and delivery documentation on ELD
- Follow all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Perform basic truck and trailer maintenance as required
Requirements:
- CDL-A license with flatbed experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant driving experience
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to complete DOT-required drug/alcohol testing
- Looking for a long-term driving opportunity
