We are looking for an Associate to support our growing team. This position is accountable for the day-to-day investment operations & service and will specialize in supporting the investment side of our business which includes 401(k), wealth, and brokerage. The position is for someone willing to learn firm systems and contribute to process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, and is reliable, task-oriented, and motivated in helping clients achieve their financial planning success. This is a fulltime, in-the-office position, with potential for upward growth. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Investment Support
· Execute Client Service workflows accurately and on time
· Answer telephone calls and assist with client service needs
· Help with 401(k) enrollments and service requests
· Investment account processing
o Preparing and processing all paperwork needed for investment accounts
o Monitoring, processing and following up on asset transfer and on initial and subsequent funding of brokerage & advisory accounts
o Establishing periodic instructions; distributions, contributions, etc.
o Journaling funds between accounts
· Investment account monitoring & trading
o Implementing initial and subsequent asset allocation trades
o Processing proposals, amendments, monitoring alerts in Envestnet
o Executing buy or sell orders and rebalancing orders and maintaining asset allocation within accounts
o Assist with various account maintenance and service requests as they arise
· Support Client Meetings (preparation, notes, follow ups and action items)
· Communicate with clients verbally and electronically
· Handle case notes, process correspondence and maintain client case files within CRM
· Communicate with home office, NMIS and fund families as needed to supply or obtain information
· Prepare/print letters of instruction for client signature
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Health and life licensed or gain licensing within 6 months of employment
· Willingness to pursue Series 7 and other investment licenses
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Familiarity with Microsoft applications and data entry and information retrieval software
· Demonstrated organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work both independently and on a team
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Strong client service experience
· Coachable

Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
