We’re hiring both Full and Part Time Pediatric Physical Therapists to provide home-based early intervention services in Crown Point, IN and nearby communities. You’ll help families develop their children's gross motor foundations during the most critical years of their development—all while enjoying the balance, support, and professional growth you crave.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for infants and toddlers (ages 0–3).
• Provide engaging, play-based, and evidence-based physical therapy in natural environments (home/community).
• Coach families on integrating communication strategies into everyday routines.
• Complete accurate, real-time documentation to minimize administrative burden.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to support whole-child development.
  
  

What You Bring

• Active Indiana PT License
• Pediatric experience preferred—especially with infants and toddlers (new grads encouraged to apply - we'll coach you up!)
• Strong family coaching, communication, and collaboration skills
• A deep passion for helping young children achieve developmental milestones
