Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services in a clinic setting.
• Complete accurate, real-time documentation to reduce take-home work.
• Supervise OTA-level providers when applicable to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team to improve client outcomes holistically.
  
  

What You Bring

• Active Indiana Occupational Therapy License
• 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new grads with passion and drive are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
