This role runs from 12:00 - 6:30 (Tues - Thurs), so your mornings stay free, and some Saturday availability is needed to support our families.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
Provide clinical oversight and direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary therapy teams.
Monitor client progress and update behavior intervention plans as needed.
Complete documentation in compliance with ethical and billing standards.
Offer caregiver training and education to support skill generalization at home.
