Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as the Clinical Director overseeing all of our Clinical operations. This is a full time leadership position responsible for overseeing clinical quality, supporting staff, and ensuring excellent client outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee and support RBTs in the implementation of behavior intervention plans
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff and paraprofessionals
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Review and analyze data using our electronic data collection system
- Ensure clinical quality, compliance, and best practices are maintained
- Perform other related clinical and leadership duties as needed
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field from an accredited university
- Strong clinical competence and sound judgment
- Experience supervising clinical staff
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-Time Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 annually
