With a full-service rental and repair shop, private and group lessons, retail store, concessions and award-winning bar, Mt. La Crosse has many seasonal, full and part-time positions to fill. These seasonal positions typically run November to mid-March and require some nights, weekends and holidays.
Position Summary
The Ticket Checker is responsible for greeting guests, verifying lift tickets and passes, and ensuring all visitors have valid access to the ski area. This role provides excellent customer service, assists with guest questions, and helps maintain an efficient flow through lift lines. Ticket Checkers also monitor for safety, uphold resort policies, and support a positive guest experience. must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and interacting with the public. Weekend and holiday availability required.
